Add-ons
Upgrade to a single, unshared room for $500.
Many people have a strong preference for a single room, but providing this for everyone is not financially possible. To accommodate, the Commons will split the cost of a single room with attendees - we pay for your bed (if hotel is included) and you pay for the empty bed.
Conference Recordings
Recordings of the conference talks and activities will only be made available to conference attendees and Rosetta Commons member labs. There will be no way to purchase viewing rights after the conference. Be sure to register to attend virtually if you cannot attend in person.
Is my hotel included?
Hotel is included for out-of-town RosettaCommons members and keynote speakers. Lodging is in a shared room with two queen beds. Keynote Rosetta Commons PIs will be provided with a private room based on availability.
Academic and Non-profit attendees may choose to include lodging in their registration purchase or arrange their accommodation. Included lodging is in a shared room with two queen beds.
A private room can be purchased as an Add-on during registration for $500 for both nights.
Hotel is not included for:
- Industry attendees
- Academic of Non-profit attendees that do not register for lodging
- Commons members located in the Boston area
Refunds - 5% fee up to 30 days before registration closes (Jan. 29, 2024). Afterwards, a 50% refund will be provided until Feb 24, 2025.
Split admission - We cannot accommodate split admissions. For local attendees, a daily rate is available
